Kevin Taylor - Reference, to whom it may concern. It is with great pleasure that I recommend Kevin Taylor for up and coming opportunities within your organisation. I have known Kevin since our days in Korea 2014, initially working with him for BP on the Quad204 Project, where I was employed as the Compliance Engineer and Kevin as the Lead ATEX Inspector. Our paths crossed again, when I was working with Dana Petroleum as the Site Compliance Lead on the Western Isles Development Project. The Project required an additional ATEX specialist to oversee the Project work scope. Therefore after discussing the role with Kevin and the site manager, I was lucky enough to work with Kevin once again. Kevin performed excellent on arrival given the difficult circumstances with the Project, as it was 1 year plus behind schedule with engineering, construction and commissioning shortfalls, but in particular ATEX. The FPSO was being built in a yard that had no UK or ATEX experience previously and the ATEX Lead had left the Project. Furthermore the verification body DNVGL had various outstanding concerns with ATEX from design through to commissioning and Kevin was required to pull this around within weeks, due to an appending ATEX Project audit by DNVGL. I have found Kevin’s work performance, Co-operation with colleagues, to be an honest person of the highest quality. His technical skill in ATEX and integrity in work related matters to be excellent.
